At CodScripto, internships are not just an add-on—they are the core of how we shape future tech professionals. Our internship model is deeply rooted in real-world exposure, live projects, and mentor-guided problem solving.
12 Weeks Our flagship and most popular program designed for hands-on learners who thrive in physical team settings. Conducted at our Mumbai headquarters, this program provides a fully immersive environment where interns collaborate in real-time, attend live mentor sessions, and build robust applications from scratch.
6 Weeks A short-term hybrid program combining online conceptual sessions with optional on-site visits. Ideal for students on winter break looking to upskill rapidly through focused weekly projects and flexible learning schedules.
8 or 12 Weeks Perfect for remote learners and working students, this fully online track includes live classes, mentor feedback, and collaborative tools to ensure a robust, guided internship experience from anywhere.
We collaborate closely with academic institutions to design custom internship modules that seamlessly integrate into existing curricula. This partnership approach ensures that students gain practical, project-based experience aligned with their coursework and industry expectations. By co-developing projects tailored to institutional goals and student skill levels, we help bridge the gap between theory and practice. Faculty members stay actively involved throughout the internship cycle, ensuring academic rigor while providing students with valuable hands-on exposure. This model benefits colleges by enhancing their program’s relevance and students by boosting their employability with real-world experience.

Join our flagship on-site summer internship at the CodScripto Mumbai office — an intensive, practical experience with direct mentorship and peer collaboration.
Core Modules:
At CodScripto, we emphasize outcomes that matter. Every intern completes the program with tangible deliverables that showcase their learning, skill application, and growth.
1. Capstone Project Deployment
Each intern works on a comprehensive capstone project that is planned, developed, and deployed during the program. The final application is uploaded to GitHub with proper documentation, version control, and issue tracking—giving interns a portfolio-worthy asset to showcase to employers.
2. Weekly Assignments & Code Reviews
Structured assignments are provided every week, designed to reinforce concepts and gradually build project complexity. Mentors review the code personally, offering detailed feedback on functionality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.
3. Presentation & Peer Review Rounds
Interns participate in weekly presentation sessions where they explain their logic, demonstrate progress, and receive feedback from mentors and peers. These sessions help build communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
4. Final Project Demonstration & Certification
On the final day, interns present their completed capstone projects to a review panel. The event concludes with a formal certification and recognition of top performers.
5. Internship Completion Report
A structured report format is provided, which every intern must submit. This report includes project overview, learning reflections, technical documentation, and performance summary—serving as a comprehensive record of their internship journey.

At CodScripto, we maintain a structured and secure internship process. All selected interns are required to complete formal documentation prior to the program’s commencement. This ensures legal clarity, ethical compliance, and a safe environment for both the intern and the organization.
Mandatory Documents to be Submitted (Before Day 1):
1. Self-Attested ID Proof
To verify the intern’s identity and maintain accurate records, a government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN, or Driving License) must be submitted. The document should be self-attested with the intern’s signature and date.
2. Proof of Educational Qualification
Interns must provide recent academic records to validate their enrollment or graduation status. Acceptable documents include mark sheets, college ID cards, bonafide certificates, or semester transcripts.
3. Signed Internship Agreement
CodScripto follows a formal Internship Agreement policy that outlines the roles, responsibilities, code of conduct, and expectations. Interns must read, sign, and return this agreement as a mark of their consent and understanding before joining.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Since interns may be involved in proprietary or client-sensitive projects, a signed NDA is mandatory. This ensures that confidential information, codebases, and project discussions remain secure and protected under legal terms.
5. Emergency Contact Form
For safety and administrative purposes, interns are asked to provide emergency contact details, including a family member or guardian. This is strictly for internal use in case of health, travel, or onsite emergencies.
Note:
All submitted documents are securely stored and protected under CodScripto’s data policy. These steps are not just formalities—they reflect our professional commitment to legal compliance, intern security, and client confidentiality.
